| Are you calling the correct public IP address of the router, ie. the IP assigned by AT&T? Get that by going to »www.whatismyip.com from any PC on your home LAN. If the IP is dynamic, highly probable, look at using a free service like No-IP.com or DynDNS to map a fully qualified domain name [FQDN] to the AT&T DHCP assigned public IP. You would then call using the FQDN. You DI-624 may support that natively. Check the users guide for help.
By the way here are the required port assignments for port forwarding. Verify you have them open and that they are not blocked by AT&T by going to »www.canyouseeme.org and run the test.
